YouTube is launched to the public becoming the world’s most
popular video on demand website.
Web 2.0 provided people with faster Wi-Fi and meant that the
internet could efficiently be used for advertisements
All of this could not be done however if no for technological
convergence (where two different forms of technology come together to create
something new like smartphones which are what are referred to as a "black
box" technology (Jenkins theory, 2006.)
